Casablanca – SinaStone, a subsidiary of the Intersig Maroc & Karkachi Group, has launched its new model factory and natural stone showroom in Casablanca. The event, held on July 5, marked a significant milestone for the company, revealing its new strategy and visual identity.

The new factory spans 45,000 square meters and represents a substantial investment of $13.4 million. SinaStone employs 200 people and operates through five main production units: sawing, resin application, polishing, cutting, and machining.

During the event, Ryad Mezzour, Morocco’s Minister of Industry and Trade, highlighted the importance of this new facility. “The launch of this integrated, internationally compliant factory marks a crucial milestone for this sector and represents a source of pride for the national industry. By producing high value-added marble products, this project meets the local market’s needs, contributing to the strengthening of the Kingdom’s industrial sovereignty in line with the directives of the King Mohammed VI,” he stated.

Adil Ibnoussina, General Manager of SinaStone, expressed the company’s ambitions: “We are proud to launch our new model factory that meets international standards and norms. Our goal is to be present in the largest cities in the Kingdom and to acquire new quarries to increase our export volumes, thereby contributing to the prominence of Moroccan expertise and excellence.”

An internal architectural design office advises and supports clients in managing turnkey marble projects, from technical studies to dry installation of coverings. 2D and 3D simulations of architectural renderings based on the slabs in stock provide tangible solutions to customer visualization needs.
